Interlaken to Murren. You can get to Murren by two different ways from Interlaken. Both options take a similar amount of time and would more so be based on transport schedules. You can either: 1) Train from Interlaken to Lauterbrunnen, Bus from Lauterbrunnen to Stechelberg, and Cable Car x 2 from Stechelberg to Murren (via Gimmelwald) OR
You can make stunning images there. Nepal Bridge in Gimmelwald – Walk down to the Gimmelwald village, a 2.2 kilometer long hike. A breathtaking Nepal swing bridge awaits you there. Schilthorn summit – Breathtaking view to the Mönch, Eiger and Jungfrau mountains, and you can see Interlaken from there too. The James Bond film was filmed The track descends on moderate grades, losing 832-ft. (254-meters) over 1.7 miles (2.7 km) on its way to Gimmelwald. In Gimmelwald, take the cable car down to the Lauterbrunnen Valley and either ride the bus or walk back to Lauterbrunnen. The easy walk back to Lauterbrunnen adds about 3.0 miles (4.8 km) to the day. Lauterbrunnen is not known for its nightlife. There is only one bar/pub, the Horner Pub, where all the base jumpers hang out. It is actually a pretty fun and interesting place.
